Announces New Operational Office in Auburn

Auburn, NH – Gravity Renewables, Inc., a leading national owner and operator of small hydroelectric projects, is pleased to announce it has opened an operations office in Auburn, New Hampshire and added a key new position to its staff.

Gravity Renewables’ office in Auburn will become the operational center for the company’s fourteen hydroelectric plants in New England, New York, North Carolina, and Virginia. The location is attractive close proximity to Manchester Airport, which will serve the Gravity employees frequently traveling to the Auburn location from across the country.

Currently, Gravity Renewables owns four developments in Vermont, two in Massachusetts, two in Connecticut, five in New York and one in Rhode Island. Staff members working on issues of dam safety, environmental, engineering and regulatory affairs will be based in the new Auburn location.

Gravity Renewables is also pleased to announce the addition of Mark Desotelle as Project Manager who will be based out of the Auburn, NH office. Mark has over 25 years of hydropower experience and has worked on dozens of hydropower projects. His specialties are in the maintenance, operations, and rehabilitation of older hydroelectric projects.
